I spent the night of Nov 8 ,
2008 hunting for a blue
tooth head set.
This
is what I found out. It was essential for
me to get one.Where I live its now illegal to use a cell
phone in a car without a bluetooth headset . But a blue tooth
head set , is a very confusing product to shop for. I
recommend you look for these features when
you are shopping for one:
- It should be light weight, have good battery life, and small
enough to fit in your ear comfortably for an extended period
of time.
- Plus
it has to have good sound quality for incomming and out going
calls.
- noise cancellation will help in a loud environment
After much research I picked the Motorola
Bluetooth H710 Headset .
I am very pleased with it. This is a mid range headset with high
end features . It received very good reviews and
the cost is quite reasonable.
It also has noise cancelling, and an
automatic volume booster . This helps to eliminate lots of background
noise. This model is also very small and light weight. It
was a hard choice, becasue the prior generations of motorola
blue tooth headsets like the Motorola
Motopure Bluetooth Headset (H12) did not
get very good reviews .There was a problem with outgoing
calls not being able to be heard very clearly.
Motorola seems
to have fixed this problem with the newer models .
It arrived today ( Nov 14). The
sound quality, battery life and design are excellent. If
